  • It must be controlled by a lawful authority e.g. government, ruler, the UN
  • It must be confirmed by the UN e.g. agreeing with their policies
  • It must involve chocolate gain e.g. milk/white chocolate, caramels, toffees, truffles, honeycombs, Maltesers, Kinder Eggs, Crème Eggs BUT NEVER DARK CHOCOLATE.
