This Orientation is a REQUIRED step for participants interested in purchasing a Workforce Dwelling Unit through Fairfax County's Affordable Homeownership Program. Workforce Dwelling Units are available to purchasers at or below 120% Area Median Income, and are sold at below market prices ranging from $200,000 to $450,000.
