What is your favourite mode of transport?

My favourite mode of transport is the train because it is comfortable and you do not get stuck in traffic. However, for short journeys, I prefer to cycle.

How much time do you spend travelling in a normal day?

I probably spend about an hour and a half commuting to and from work each day. I tend to travel during the rush hour so the streets are choc-a-bloc with traffic and I am sometimes late for work as a result.

What do you usually do while you are travelling?

It depends on what mode of transport I am using. If I am driving, I listen to music on the radio. However, if I am on a train, I usually read a newspaper to catch up with the news. Or sometimes, I just look out of the window.

Do you ever have any problems with transport?

I often get stuck in traffic on the way to and from work, as I said before. I used to find it stressful, but I am used to it now.

Is the public transport in your city reliable?

No, I don't think so. The buses are never on time. I often have to wait for ages, which I find really frustrating. Also, they are often overcrowded so you can't get a seat and you have to stand up for the whole journey!

What has the government done to improve transport in your area?

Cycle Lane (binary/octet-stream)

Actually, they have taken a lot of steps to improve transport. They have constructed new cyle lanes to make it safer for cyclists and they have introduced a congestion charge to encourage more people to use public transport instead of their cars. However, I wish they would do more to improve the bus service!
