Well, I try to eat a balanced diet. I am trying to cut down on the amount of fast food I eat. I also stay in shape by going to the gym regularly and by cycling to school instead of walking.
That's a difficult question to answer? I think it depends. Nowadays, a large number of people lead a sedentary lifestyle. They put on weight because they do very little exercise. Others consume a considerable amount of fast food so they do not eat healthily. Of course, there are genetic reasons as well.
I've never really thought about that. I suppose governments can ban fast food advertising. They can also increase tax on products that contain sugar to make them more expensive. I think they are planning to do that in the UK. And parents can encourage their children to take up sport and eat more healthily.
No, I don't think so. Smokers know that their behaviour is risky and can harm their health. They use hospitals more often than non-smokers so I think they should have to pay. Taxpayers should not have to fund medical treatment for people who abuse their own bodies,
