The previous image represents both good and bad study at home habits.   Good habit: Study on a comfortable table and appropriate chairs. Bad habit: Study in the kitchen, which is a busy and crowded place where the rest of the family meets. Ideally, you should study in a bright, quiet room with a desk and  a comfortable chair.

As comfortable and tempting as it may seem, studying in bed, on the sofa or on the floor is bad for your back. Bad postures can damage your back and cause back, head and neck pain if they are maintained for a period of time. Studying in bed is a bad habit. You should instead study at a desk or table with a proper, comfortable chair.

Bad habit: the student is distracted during the online class. He is not taking notes or participating. You should be participating in the lesson, asking questions and taking notes, just as you would if you were in the classroom.

The previous picture represents a bad habit. There are too many distractions on the study area: mobile phones, food, drinks and other people. On the desk there should only be the essential objects to study, anything else you should put away. Keep your study area clean and spacious.
