Pie de foto: : These are the standard symbols for inductors used in electrical drawings and industrial schematics.
The general inductor symbol is also widely used for an air core inductor. The iron core and ferrite core symbols contain two solid or broken lines next to the coil to signify the presence of iron or ferrite. The final symbol represents a variable inductor. Variable inductors are used in tuning circuits in transmitters or receivers.

Types of Inductors
This type of inductor has no coil of wire. Instead, a small ferrite bead is placed around a conductor. The tiny ferrite bead has the same effect as placing an inductor in series with the conductor.

A high-frequency inductor may also be sealed in a case. The purpose of the case is to provide a grounded shield around the inductor to prevent the production of a magnetic field that would disturb other circuit components.
