Resumen del Recurso

Diapositiva 1

    Fusiform Face Area (FFA)
Part of the brain but not of the visual cortex to recognize and identify faces faster than other objects.
Autistic persons do not use the FFA to recognize faces; rather they use the normal visual cortex pathways.

Diapositiva 2

Looking at where the face looks
Eye tracking shows that we look at where a face looks at. This does not mean though that we pay attention to that area.
