IDS	Intrusion Detection System. Tools that identify and respond to attacks using defined rules or logic. An IDS can be network-based or host-based.
Spam	Unwanted, unsolicited email sent in bulk.
Examples of all-in-one security appliances	UTM (Unified Threat Management) and NGFW (Next Generation Firewall)
URL Filtering	Blocking websites based solely on the URL, restricting access to specified websites and certain web-based applications.
Content Inspection/Filtering	Filtering websites based on content. Looks at the data coming in.
Malware Inspection	Tools that identify malware on a system
