Leapfrogging the Court of Appeal | Done when a case is of national importance, or when the supreme court grants case to leave. |
Appealing Verdicts | Case goes to high court or crown court if from magistrates. If appealed again: the case can go to an Appellate court. To get to an appellate court, the case must go through the court of appeal. |
Tribunal system | Part of the Civil courts and deals with agencies and employment. First Tier tribunal looks at all cases except employment. |
