Name at least 4 measures information is measured in. (There are 6) Any of the following: -Accuracy of information. -Relevance (for a particualar use) -is it Up-To-Date? -Completeness. -Target (towards potential customers). -Understadability
What is accurate information? Give an example why information should be accurate. Data without any mistakes. Wage slips must have correct rate of pay applied otherwise employees might complain. (And any other suitable example)
What is relevant information? Give an example why information should be relevant. Data that is relevant to the task you are trying to investigate. No good collecting inforation about the sales of ice cream in Alaska if you are going to open a kiosk in California. (And any other suitable example)
What is up-to-date information? Give an example why information should be up-to-date. Up-to-date information is information that has been produced recently and will still be useful. Using a 5 year old mailing list might end up in letter being sent to people who have moved. (And any other suitable example)
What is complete information? Give an example why information should be complete. Complete Information includes all the information neccesarry. Letters with no postcode will take longer to be delivered. (And any other suitable example)
What is correctly targeted information? Give an example why information should be correctly targeted. Correctly targeted information is targeted at the people who are going to use the product. No good asking vegeterians about meat. (And any other suitable example)
What is understandale information? Give an example why information should be understandable. Understandable information is easy to be interpreted and used by both the person who produced it and for others. A manager might misunderstand and order wrong items. (And any other suitable example)
