What do the principles of managing change require? - Organisations start and lead from the top: knowing exactly what they want to achieve and need to do, making the case for change, getting approval and letting their staff know.
Should staff be involved and engaged with change? Yes - it is vital staff understand what is happening and how it will effect them. They need time and encouragement to assess and adapt, especially if these changes may cause them issues - e.g. moving premises and doubling commutes for them or changing public transport routes.
Who could be affected by change to administrative roles? - Internal stakeholders, such as staff. - External stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers and shareholders.
Can changes be forced onto an organisation as a result of other factors? If so, what sort of factors? Yes. Changes in production, legislation or equipment could all affect an organisation positively and/or negatively.
What sort of processes are included within business finances? - Invoicing - Budgeting - Costing - Billing - Purchasing
