Frederick the Great (1740-1786)Prussia He talked to Voltaire and he used the ideas from it of How to be and enlightned ruler. He improve the eductaion and economy system and he start to respect the people. This cause that Prussia was in one of the best- ruled nations in Europe.
Peter the Great (1682-1725) Russia He was not an exactly enlightened ruler, but he introduce Rusia to be part of Europe and he brought Western ideas of science, education and industry
Catherine the Great. (1762-1796) Russia She trusted in the ideas of Voltaire and Montesquieu and her ideas constisted in to help people with services and public welfare projects.
Maria Theresa (1740-1780) Austria She improved the army of the country, education and she gave limited power to the church. (Some reforms)
