How does the rhyme scheme illustrate ideas about Shelley? It does not conform to typical conventions of a sonnet. Reflects Shelley's nonconformist desire to rebel against typical conventions.
Name a structural technique which emphasizes the temporary nature of power. Ceasura stresses how the statue is the dominant figure of the landscape. Links to the true power of art which is long lasting.
Who are the two voices in this poem? The narrator and the traveler.
How can two voices effect readers perception? The reader is allowed to make their own conclusions about the irony of the landscape.

Why is this ironic? The inscription has only survived due to the sculptor which is the only thing to show for Rameses power.

How does the dichotomy say about power? 'Colossal' suggests power is craved and demanded by humans however 'wreck' suggests power never involves or alludes to good.
