MARXISM Conflict theory - exploitation of non-owners by the owners has created a conflict of class interests Concerned with the inequality of power and wealth in society, and the dominant ideologies in society Structuralist
NEO MARXISM Conflict theory but leans more towards the social action (interactionist) approach, focussing more on people's ideas than structuralism and economic determinism
