SAFETY -Refers to the physical or environmental conditions of work or employment, which substantially comply with the provisions of this standards.
ACCIDENT - Unplanned or an undesired event - near accident or near miss - has the potential to inflict injury or property damage
HAZARD - Any condition in the workplace that, by itself or by interacting with other variables, cause injuries, property damage, death, or other losses.
LOSS CONTROL - It is the prevention of occupational injuries, illnesses, and accidental damage to the company's property.
HAZARD CONTROL - Involves developing a program to recognize, evaluate, and eliminate or minimize the destructive effects of hazards in the workplace. - It includes hazard recognition, evaluation, control, and communication. - It is a shared responsibility of management and all workers.
