Why is validation and verification used?	Verification and validation techniques can be used to cut down errors when entering data into the computer.
Validation, verification and errors	- Data might be collected and recorded wrongly - Data might be entered into the computer incorrectly - Processing of the data may cause errors - Stored data may be deliberately or accidentally changed - Data transmitted from one computer to another could become corrupted.
Data validation definition	Validation is an automatic computer check to make sure that the data entered is sensible and reasonable. It does not check the accuracy of data.
what does data valdation check?	It checks; data is entered in the correct format data is sensible data entry mistakes are kept to a minimum
