What are sentences? Sentences or complete sentences are formed with a subject and a predicate.
What is a subject? The subject is who are we talking about in the sentence. It can be a person, animal or object.
What is the predicate? The predicate is the action taken by the subject.
Example of a complete sentence 1. John traveled all over the Caribbean. John-subject traveled-predicate (verb) 2. The basketball game will start at 9. The basketball game-subject will start-predicate (verb)
