COMPLETENESS | If you only have part of the info, then it is worthless. Data requires a context, structure and meaning for it to have value and be useful. |
PRESENTATION | If the info is presented in a way that you can't understand or find what you want, it loses value. T can be improved by using different representation methods-picture instead of text. |
LEVEL OF DETAIL | You can be given too much or too little information. The volume of data determines whether you have enough to make a decision or too much. |
