A Home First-Aid Kit You never know when
someone in your family might feel sick. You should
always have basic supplies at home for illnesses.
You don´t need to have a prescription for all
medications. There are many non-prescription
medicines you can but at a pharmacy. It´s a good
idea to have an antihistamine for people with
allergies. Pain relievers are good for headaches and
backaches. An antibiotic ointment is good for cuts
and rashes. You should always keep cuts clean.
Have cough syrup and eardrops ready for colds. Be
sure to put the medication in a safe place. Children
and animals shouldn´t find medication.
