  1. If the pound is weaker, then its is more expensive for British Business' to purchase things abroad because it costs more pounds to have the equivalent amount of the other currency .
  2. If the pound is stronger then it is cheaper for British Business' to purchase foreign currencies and hence purchasing from abraod is cheaper although it means that for people buying from the UK it is more expensive for them as the pound is worth more.
  3. Cash Flow Forecast is a predication of a businesses accounts over the coming year
    1. Reciepts are sales, Expenditure is payments, Opening Balance is the same as the previous months' closing balance
    2. It allows a business to adjust and plan for times of either finacial struggle or prospur and hence allows them to gage whether they will need to generate money to survive a particular month

    1. External Finance: Money being given, or lended to the business. This is usually loans, overdraft (The bank allows the business to draw more money from their bank account than they actually have in it) , shares and debentures( a long-term security yielding a fixed rate of interest, issued by a company and secured against assets.)
