        • I sit all day at work then I sit to come home. My butt keeps getting bigger! No time to exercise once I get home. What to do?

              Nota:

              • I can't go running; I"m too out of shape. Too embarrassed to walk down street or go to gym. What else can I do?

                  • I can't take Rx at work because it makes me drowsy. I hear that standing improves mood and mental acuity. Is this true? (it is...)
