PUBLIC ORDER
  1. Breach of the Peace
    1. An act is done, or threatened to be done which harms a person, or in their presence their property or is likely to cause such harm, or puts someone in fear of such harm through an assault, riot or other disturbance
      1. Any person may arrest
        1. Breach is committed in their presence
          1. Reasonably believe a breach will be committed in the near future
            1. Or where one has been committed a reasonable belief that there will be a renewal in the near future
          2. Section 5 Public Order Act 1986
            1. Using threatening or abusive words or behaviour
              1. or disorderly behaviour
                1. Within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be distressed, harassed or alarmed
                  1. Or display written sign or visual representation
                    1. Committed public or private
                      1. But not it conduct from one dwelling affects a person in another dwelling
                      2. Defence: (i) Could not be heard (ii) Reasonable conduct (iii) Inside dwelling
