Vitamin A
Good sources of vitamin A include: milk, and dairy products (such as cheese and yoghurt) mackerel and other oily fish

IRON
Good sources of iron include: liver red meat beans and nuts dried fruits such as dried apricots
CALCIUM
Good sources of calcium include: cheese eggs milk green leafy vegetables such as broccoli and cabbage
FIBRE
Fibre is an important component of a healthy balanced diet. We get fibre from plant-based foods, but it's not something the body can absorb.
FAT
Sources of water include: food drinks metabolic processes - such as aerobic respiration Dietary fibre
EXERCISE

BLIND TRIALS
blind trials – the volunteers do not know which group they are in but the researchers do
DOUBLE BLIND TRIALS
double-blind trials – neither the volunteers nor the researchers know which group the volunteers are in until the end of the trial
