Menu-Driven Interface
  1. Description
    1. A list of options available to the user is displayed and the user then selects one of them, usually by clicking the mouse button with a mouse pointer on the option required or by pressing a key on the keyboard
      1. Several menus may be available to the user and so they are usually organised into groups of similar options. Selecting one option may open another menu.
        1. Some sub-menus can have further sub-menus too (sub-menuception)
        2. Advantages
          1. Navigation is simple
            1. User input is validated as only the options shown can be used
              1. Do not need to learn what instructions there are as they are displayed in the interface
              2. Disadvantages
                1. Some options in a menu may not mean anything to a user
                  1. Can be difficult to find options if there are too many sub-menus
