      • If the baby continue diarrhea after 2 days .

   1. child +some dehydration 5%-10% BWT
   2. primary health care
   3. Rehydration phase

      Nota:

      • 75ml/kg ORS /4hrs 0-breast (+) only 1-formula (-) 2-assessment of dehydration     -Good move to plan A.    -Bad then continue with plan B.    -So bad move to plan C.
   4. ongoing loss phase

      Nota:

      • 100-200 cc ORS = 2mon -10yrs 50-100cc ORS = < 24mon .

   1. child + sever dehydration 0% BWT
   2. Hospitalization
   3. Rehydration phase

      Nota:

      • #100 ml/kg ORS /6hrs TOTALL./// #30 ml/kg/hrs normal saline (Nacl),or Ringer lactate =1st hour , may repeat 1,2 time no calculate ..recheck the pulse.! #70 ml /kg/5hrs Ringer lactate sol. 1/3 Glucose sol. /// -assessment:- =Good move to plan A  =Some dehydration move to plan B. =sever keep continue with plan C +better to feeding
