   • memory cells memorize the event and when the same antigene will expose in future they would produce antibodies rapidly.
2. Plasma cells

   Nota:

   • plasma cells produce antibodies to counter microbe.

Nota:

• Produce in the bone but mature in the thymus.60%-70% mature T lymphocytes are present in the blood.

1. Helper T cells

   2. cytotoxic t cells

      Nota:

      • These cells release cytokines which activate b cells and other macrophagous to kill antigene.
