  1. Prepare for the presentation
    1. What equipment has been selected? Has it been used effectively?
      1. Has a contingency plan been put in place?
        1. Did this need to be used?
        2. Did the student practice the presentation and the timings?
          1. Did they demonstrate the value of practicing? Such as being well prepared and estimate the duration of the presentation?
          2. Have the students obtained feedback on their presentation?
            1. Have they considered asking what could be improved
          3. Deliver the presentation
            1. Has the student checked the resources and equipment prior to staring their presentation?
              1. How?
                1. Cables neat and tidy - Safe?
                  1. Projector working?
                    1. Laptop connection ok?
                      1. Internet connection?
                        1. Visual checks - can everybody see the presentation?
                      2. Have any presentation materials been provided?
                        1. What was the purpose of the presentation materials?
                          1. Did they have the desired effect?
                        2. Did they introduce themselves clearly and stated what the presentation was about?
                          1. How was the delivery of the presentation?
                            1. Speak clearly - HOW?
                              1. Tone varied? - WHEN AND HOW?
                                1. Did they gauge audience reactions and adapt? WHEN and HOW
                                2. Confident - HOW?
                                  1. Clear, understandable language - HOW?
                                    1. Did they gauge audience reactions and adapt? WHEN and HOW
                                    2. Were they able to summarise throughout?
                                      1. To emphasise key points
                                        1. Maintain audience interest?
