  3. chairing the local Mental Health in Employment group. 45 names on my attendee list. This brings together employers with local mental health support services to share good practice and help people in recovery back to work (Closed in July 2020)
Business Case for B Corp
1. Green purpose - We have achieved our green purpose by working in partnership with a number of local groups and individuals to help build local economic, social and environmental sustainability and make a meaningful contribution to the people, organisations and the environment in and around Sedgemoor.
2. She has a legacy to make Somerset the most mentally healthy place to work pioneering a Somerset Mental Health in Construction Conference in May 2019.
3. “For me as founder, there always has to be a direct connection between my work and my surrounding environment. I believe this gives me strength and a vision to build connections between the people, organisations and environment that ultimately results in a sustainable business model for New Leaf Workplace Wellbeing.”
4. New Leaf was the first, and remains the only, counselling service in Somerset and Devon that has received external validation of its CSR-focused business ethos and professional practice from Trading Standards.
IMPACT
1. Mental Health in Agriculture Group has engaged 22 local businesses involved in the agricultural industry
2. 100 local construction companies have signed the pledge of the Building Mental Health Charter to deliver Mental Health Awareness in their companies.
3. 140 Mental Health First Aiders Trained in the first year some of which are sole traders given free and discounted places
4. PAYG Mental Health and Wellbeing Service for SMEs in Somerset currently employing 12 associates
5. over 45 local employers engaged in the Mental Health in Employment group helping those with mental health problems return to work.
6. Delivered 8 places on Mental Health First Aid Course for reservists
