What's a conditional sentence?
1. It's a compound sentence which is used to express that the action in the main clause (without if) can only happen if a certain condition (in the clause with if) is fulfilled.
  1. If I find a decent job, I will buy a new car
Types
1. 0 Conditionals (General truths)
  1. Imperative Conditionals
    1. First Conditional (probable)
      1. Second Conditional (Unlikely)
        Third Conditional (Impossible)
Main Conjunctions
1. IF
  1. UNLESS
0 CONDITIONALS (General truths)
1. If you mix yellow and red, you get orange
OTHER CONJUNCTIONS
1. AS LONG AS, OTHERWISE, IN CASE, OR ELSE, PROVIDED THAT
IMPERATIVE CONDITIONALS
1. If you drink, don't drive.
FIRST CONDITIONALS (Probable)
1. If you don't study hard, you will fail .
  1. Unless you study hard, you will fail.
SECOND CONDITIONALS (Unlikely)
1. If I were a rich man, I would stop working
