                            1. a toxic relationship, is the one where does exists some attachments, but the way it developps, hurts (somehow) both partners

                                    1. But i'm not a monster, I still love my best friend, but I kinda silly interacting with him.

                    1. I'm going to say how that last thing, is the key to starting struggling Toxicity; saying, on the way in, the reasons why Toxicity happens
                      1. Toxic people don't want to be like that; they are preys of the confunsion and the inability of handling correctly, the inputs and outputs in our mind, it's a wrong habit we must fix

                      1. I'm going to say, how am I struggling against that habit that means being toxic
                        1. The most important step is to recognize the habit; having done this, it's easier to get some help (easier to us).

                            1. asking to my best friend if i'm doing it well and if he doesn't feel bad regard my actions

                              1. STOP LOOKING AT TOXIC PEOPLE AS MONSTERS
