      • Dendrite serves to forward the impulses from the nerve to the cell body

      Nota:

      • Body Cell serves to forward the impulses from dendrite to neurite or axon
   3. Neurite

      Nota:

      • Neurite serves to forward the impulses from cell body to another nerve cell.
      1. Myelin Sheath

         Nota:

         • Neurite covered by myelin sheath which functions as the protector or isolator.
      2. Shcwann Cell

         Nota:

         • The unprotected part of the myelin sheath is called nodus ranvier serves to accelerate the stimulus delivery
      3. Node of Ranvier

         Nota:

         • Myelin sheath is composed of shcwann cells to form tissue that provide nutrients for neurite and support neurite regeneration
