  2. fresh often has more nutritional value
    1. but fresh also lasts a fraction of the time that frozen food does

4. Organic v processed
  1. Organic food is often more expensive
    1. organic food also goes bad faster as it has no additives
  2. processed food has basically the same attributes of frozen food (see above)

1. pre prepared food is often more expensive but eliminates the time spent cooking
