Was a part of the lead program as a CSR in order to develop and grow and prepare for possible move to resolutions.
Took the lead in inventing ideas and ways to encourage team engagement .
Nota:
Took part in creating games for the team in order to help improve status quo. Worked with supervisor Greg Ethridge in order to provide homer dollars and other prizes.
Assisted new associates with any questions regarding polices and procedures.
Nota:
Actively engaged in new associates such as Brenda Deathridge who was able to move within the company from phones to messaging. Took part in her development in how to handle situations and de-escalating skills such as how to present information to the customer.

Nota:
This will show my plans to develop in my current role. Will also show behavior changes preferably in the positive from pas accomplishments. Will also give me a guide or goal planner on what I want to accomplish in my current role.

Nota:
Working with a mentor will help me further develop as a leader. Working with Team mate Juan will help develop my soft negotiating skills and how to de-escalate certain situations that I plan to work on and improve in order to develop positive behavior to get to root causes of situations.

Nota:
Working on my own self confidence will help develop the needed skills to help develop others. Being a leader is being one in servitude to others and being in the L.E.A.D program will help develop these skills and confidence in myself.

Taking on additional responsiblites or roles will help develop being able to not only multitask but also how to be put in challenging situations I would have to overcome as the goal of my next role would hopefully be would be supervisor.
