  1. managers
    1. managers has to make sure that employees work under safe conditions ,they also make sure that employees work efficiently.
      1. the manager check everything happening into their store such as customer service ETC.
    2. health and safety
      1. goods has to be healthily disposed , store has to be checked for health and safety act 2000.
        1. LIDL has to make sure that the store is clean for health and safety of customers, employees has to work in a clean place for work satisfaction.
      2. technology
        1. LIDL does not operate with self-checkout which is inefficient to their business, although they operate online or have a website.
          1. there is no cash withdrawal at LIDL which is not really handy for customers that need to take cash out.
        2. employees
          1. sick pay ,maternity and paternity leave, employees have to be protected against dismissal, time off for emergency.

          2. finance
            1. LIDL has a has increased its sales by 3.9% according to BBC news article(2015), so they have more profit to cover damages that might occur in the business.
              1. their advertisement cost is covered by their financial function, COP which is lower than other supermarket be cause of the size of its store.

              1. LIDL make sure that customers are satisfy, they product good quality product at an affordable price , in the consumer's right they have stated that customers has to give what the customer paid for.
                1. they looked at the didposable income of their customers and uses a USP aimed for their customer.
              2. strategy of LIDL
                1. LIDL has a good strategy used within their business which justify their increase in sales.
                  1. As customers demand cheaper product LIDL had to find a strategy to match that demand in order to achieve their objectives.
