Air Pollution is the presence in or introduction into the air of a substance which has harmful or poisonous effects.
Role as a Student
Instead using a car and asking my parents to drive me to the store or to the par , I can either ride a bicycle or
walk as they do not emit harmful fumes.
I can also hold various campaigns like an art competition so that other people will also be careful of
our doings
If anybody in my family smokes i can advice to stop smoking as this harms them and the environment.
Prevention Measures
Buy green electricity which produces low or zero pollution
Report air polluting vehicles to your local air agency.
Connect your outdoor lights with a timer or use solar lights to conserve energy in case you forget to
turn them off.
Use low Voc Or water based paints and paint strippers.
Make sure your house has no radioactive gases.

several respiratory and heart conditions along with Cancer, among other threats to the body.
