  1. Introduction: CL - Read the prompt on LINC
    1. Ask: IS your customer with you or do you need me to call them for you?
      1. With them, ( Provide SPA Monitoring Disclaimer) "I am ready for your instructions"
        1. Begin interpreting , Use tools like Repetitions , Clarifications, verifications , and asking for shorter segments if needed.
          1. CLOSING THE CALL: Offer further services,
            1. CL needs more services ? repeat the process of Introduccing yourself to the LEPP
              1. CL says NO: " Thank you for using our services."
          2. Dial Out: Ask for the Name of LEPP, Phone Number, How would the client like to be introduced, If they want to leave a voicemail.
            1. LEP answers: Ask for the LEPP, then provide CL intro , Provide SPA Monitoring Disclaimer, " I am ready for your instructions"
              1. Begin interpreting , Use tools like Repetitions , Clarifications, verifications , and asking for shorter segments if needed.
                1. CLOSING THE CALL: Offer further services,
                  1. CL needs more services ? repeat the process of Dial Out
                    1. CL says NO: " Thank you for using our services."
            2. Ask billing questions if any
