      2. Collagen
        Tendons
        Connective Tissue
        Bone Matrix
      3. Myosin
        Muscle Fibers
      4. Silk
        Spider's web
    6. Secondary structure most important
  2. Globular Proteins
    1. Performs metabolic functions as Organic catalysts or Enzymes
    2. Tertiary structure most important
    3. Irregular sequence of amino acid
      1. Highly specific & never varies
    4. Polypeptide chains are tightly folded
    5. Held in configurations by H bonds and other cohesive forces
      1. Forms spherical molecules
    6. Relative unstable structure
      1. Can be denatured by heat, change in pH etc.
    7. Relatively soluble, readily forms colloidal suspension
    8. Polypeptide Chains are folded such that surface of enzyme have depressions
      1. Specific sites into which other molecules fit in
    9. Examples

      4. Haemoglobin
