• golden retrieves love to swim!!! but from my personal experiences with 4 golden retrievers, all of them HATE to swim.

• huskies are the breed of an ideal sled dog!

• pitbulls are known to be so good with children that sometimes are referred to as nanny dogs

• german shepherds are the second most registered dog in the United States!! They are also commonly used as police dogs because of their keen sense of smell.

• border collies are used for completing many types of tasks, like herding sheep into their pens.
