                            1. No cultural bias => everyone has different experiences
                              1. harder to diagnose certain conditions due to not having a nomothetic approach (DSM-IV) such as Schizophrenia
                                1. Get us closer to finding out more complex disorders by not categorising them early

                                1. wanting to meet self-acutalisation through models who can be deemed as something the individual ideally wants to be like (Forensics the parents influencing them to become a criminal)
