• Son: Aeneas ( had fought bravely in degending Troy when Troy was captured he had to flee reached the beautiful plain of Latinum in Italy married the King's daughter founded a kingdom of his own

   1. son: Aeneas -had fought bravely in defending Troy -when Troy was captured he had to flee -reached the beautiful plain of Latinum in Italy -married the King's daughter -founded a kingdom of his own
      1. Numitor a descendant of Aeneas
         1. daughter Rhea
            1. sons Romulus & Remus
               1. father Mars the mighty god of war
               2. Didn't drown ( were washed ashore )
                  1. a she-wolf cared for them alongside her cubs ( named Capitoline Wolf)
                     1. later discovered by Faustulus ( a shepherd ) he took care of them as if they were his own sons
                        1. Romulus & Remus grew up & helped Numitor to get back the throne
                           1. Romulus built a city of his own at a place surrounded by 7 hills
                              1. Remus made fun of Romulus and was killed when they fought
                                 1. After Romulus finished building the city he became the king of Rome, his city
                                    1. After reigning as king for 40 years, he dissapeared in the darkness of a great storm and became the god Quirinus
         2. brother Amulius -wanted the kingdom -drove Numitor out -throw Romulus & Remus into River Tiber
