  1. Beatty starts explaining Montag what's the real history of being a firemen
    1. Montag didn't wanted to be a fireman but, his father and grandfather were firemen
The relationship between Montag and Mildred looks superficial and empty
1. When Clarisse asks Montag if he is happy, he realizes he's nor really happy
  1. Clarisse passes the Dande lion to Montag and it didn't stained in his chin, that means he's not in love.
There's an emergency and the firemen run to the house of Mrs. Blake
1. Mrs. Blake doesn't want to let in the firemen and says that maybe the books are in her neighbors house
  1. The firemen enter to Mrs. Blakes house and start throwing petroleum to all the books
    1. The lady decides to stay in with her books and turns on the match
      1. Montag stoles a book and hides it under his pillow
