  1. Planning ahead
    1. Participants
      1. How many people will be doing the fashion show
        1. Organise the time it starts, how long each one will take & make sure that we have time to show everyone
      2. Inviting
        1. Parents -send out letters
        2. Costing
          1. If people want to see the fashion show, we'll need to figure out the costing for each ticket
        3. Using ICT
          1. Participants
            1. Can use a database to organise all of the people into seperate sections & see which order the people will go in
            2. Inviting
              1. Can send letters to parents if they want to come
                1. Use Mail merge to edit all of the names but keep the information the same
            3. In this project, we will need to work as a team & allocate ourselves different roles
              1. Working in groups of 4 people
              2. We can use some of the previous skills we learnt throughout this year to help us plan the fashion show

                                  2. ICT can make planning something much easier as their can be shortcuts & it can be more simple to keep on track and organised
                                    1. At the end of every lesson, we should ask ourselves....
                                      1. Are we on track?
                                        1. What will we need to do next time?
                                          1. Have we done enough this lesson or should we complete the task for homework (bearing in mind how many lessons we will have to complete the whole project
