    1. Prehistory
      1. Starts with the apperance of the first Hominins (4.2 million years ago) and the ends with the writing (Around 3000 BC)
        1. Paleolithic age
          1. Old stone age (4.2 million years 10000 BC) Tools or utensils were carved (Tallar) from stone approximately 2.5 million years ago
            1. Art and religion in the Paleolithic period
              1. Artistic representation
                1. Cave paintings
                  1. Paintings were made on the walls and ceilings of the caves. The colour were obtained from natural elements. It is believed they had a magical purpose: successful hunting
                  2. Mobile art
                    1. Portable artistic objects, such as animal figures, etc. The most notable are the venus figurine
                  3. Religious representation

                                  1. New invention. The economy was still based of farming. More diverse the work because metal artisans appeared. Trade developed because it became necesary to exchange metals for others product. Villages grew. Social inequalities increased

                              1. Start invention of writting and leads up to present times:This periods can be divided into 4 stages
                                1. ANCIENT HISTORY
                                  1. Invention of writting until the fall of the Western Roman Empire (476 AD)
                                  2. THE MIDDLE AGES
                                    1. from 476 AD until the fall of Constantinopleto the Turks (1453) or alternative, the sicovery of America (1492)
                                    2. THE MODERN PERIOD
                                      1. from either 1453 or 1492 until the beginning of the French revolution (1789)
                                      2. THE CONTEMPORARY PERIOD
                                        1. From 1789 until the present
