Weak, Little army and All countries hated them.
Poor because of Reparations
Guity- they were blamed for the war when most of the citizens of Germany had nothing to do with the war but still had to take the blame.
Agreed at the Paris Peace Conference
The Conference started in January 1919
27 countries attended
It was very difficult to get agreement
USA, Britain and France all had different aims.
