  1. The plague came from germs called pasteurella pestis
    1. The plague germs lived in the rats blood
      1. This made the rats very sick
        1. Fleas sucked the rat's blood
          1. When the rats died the fleas jumped on to the humans
            1. The fleas bit the humans
              1. The humans died of the Black Death
                1. When the human died the flea jumped on to another rat or human
                  1. The flea bit another human
                    1. The fleas infected other rats & humans with plague. Soon almost half the people in England were dead
