Rules of naming branched alkanes:
1. Find the longest chain.
2. Number the carbon chain.
3. Identify the branch names (methyl or ethyl)

Two different ones -eg a methyl and an ethyl ?: then they are added to the name in alphabetical order.
Two identical ones? -eg two methyls? Add "di" in from of the branch name
