Topic: Diversity and Ethical Behaviour

1. Explain the concept and dimensions of diversity

3. Understand the different levels at which business ethics may be addressed - personal level, organisational level, industry level, and the societal and global levels
4. Be able to discuss four key principles of personal ethical decision making: - Principle of Utilitarianism, Principle of Rights, Principle of Justice, and the Golden Rule.
