at 5 oclock in the morning

she wanted to watch television

who could argue with a young lady

of two and a half

down we went together

we didn't bother getting dressed

and the room was freezing

with no light in the sky, yet we stared at wonder

Now! Happy?

But she saw snow

And a giraffe through the snow

and an arcic owl

hovering

above it

He was asleep but he woke because his daughter wanted to watch television.

They went down stairs, in their pyjamas

The poet said that the living room was freezing

It was still dark as it was early in the morning

They looked on television but they had no TV program on.

The screen was blank but the little girl dreamed it was snowing .

She saw a giraffe and arctic owl on the screen but the father didn't see a nothing
