Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Jaipur is one of the well known engineering colleges in India. It offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs; B.Tech is one of the flagship programs of the institute.

BIT Jaipur which also referred as an extension of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi was established in 1995. It was set up in the campus of Birla Institute of Scientific Research.
