For some, prayer during the day is important, so a separate room may be set up so that the employer feels more comfortable in the workplace |
Workplace Grievance Procedures | The aim of the grievance procedures is to resolve problems that arise, in a non-threatening way. If the worker feels that the matter has not been dealt with sufficiently, they may then approach the Trade Union, the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board or the Human Rights and Equal Employment Commission. |
